Aluminum Sheeting UTC

The City of Columbus is seeking bids for a Universal Term Contract to purchase Aluminum Sheeting Material and Sign Blanks. The contract will be in effect through October 1, 2029. Bidders must provide documentation of their experience and work history in providing similar materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. They must also provide references from at least four customers that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. The City of Columbus reserves the right to waive technicalities and to request a rebid on the required material. • The contract includes various types of aluminum sheeting and sign blanks, including horizontal and vertical rectangles, squares, diamonds, octagons, and other shapes. • The City of Columbus requires bidders to provide pricing for each item, and the City reserves the right to award a contract on each item separately or on all items as a whole or any combination thereof. • The successful bidder will be required to execute a written contract with the City of Columbus within ten days after receiving the contract for execution. • The contract will include provisions for default, termination, and dispute resolution.
