Sources Sought for JASON Recompete

The Department of War, Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate is soliciting vendor interest for the management and logistics support of the JASON program. The JASON program is an independent scientific advisory group that provides research capabilities. The government is looking for independent, objective, and conflict-free program management services. Interested parties must submit a Capability Statement addressing their organization's profile, technical capability, conflict of interest, security posture, and potential small business subcontracting opportunities. • The requirement is for the management and logistics support of the JASON program. • The government intends to use responses to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, which may include directing an award to a DoD-sponsored UARC or Federally Funded Research and Development Center. • The existing contract is set to expire on August 27, 2026. • The government is looking for vendors with expertise in program management areas outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) excerpt. • Vendors must demonstrate their ability to operate as an independent, trusted advisor without conflict of interest. • Vendors must confirm their facility's ability to handle, store, and process sensitive or classified data up to Top Secret / SCI.
