The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking lease proposals for office space in Grand Rapids, MI. The space should be between 1,695 and 1,780 square feet and meet specific requirements, including being on the 1st or 2nd floor, having a minimum of 5 parking spaces, and not being part of a retail shopping center. The lease term will be for 15 years, with no option for termination. The space will be used for federal law enforcement operations, including administrative, operational, and mission-support spaces.

• A K-9 storage area with ventilated cabinets and secure storage for K-9 equipment
• A tactical storage room with heavy-duty metal shelving, lockable storage cabinets, and a secure door
