Sandhills Parkway & Foster Brothers Drive Roadway Improvements

The County of Lexington is seeking sealed proposals for the resurfacing of Sandhills Parkway and Foster Brothers Drive. The work includes mobilization, maintenance of traffic, milling of existing asphalt, full depth asphalt patching, paving, and all other work associated with the resurfacing of these roads for a total of approximately 3,722 LF of roadway. The limits of work are described in the Standard Specifications that detail specific items of work. • The project requires compliance with the South Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Highway Construction. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor. • The project has a tentative start date and a duration of 30 days. • The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with the contract and the Standard Specifications. • The contractor must provide a bid bond and a performance bond. • The County of Lexington reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
