Telehealth Services

Galena Park Independent School District is seeking proposals for Telehealth Services. The selected vendor will provide telephonic telehealth services through a licensed Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician's Assistant. The services must be accessible 24/7, offered in multiple languages, and comply with federal HIPAA laws. The vendor will provide a toll-free telephone number, online enrollment/registration, and literature for dissemination to impacted employees. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year terms. • The vendor must have experience providing telehealth services to public sector employers with at least 3,000 covered employees. • The vendor must have a network of board-certified physicians available for general telehealth services. • The vendor must provide monthly utilization and performance reporting to employer groups. • The vendor must provide employee communication, enrollment support, and a dedicated Account Manager for implementation and client support. • The vendor must accept employee and dependent eligibility data through an electronic file feed. • The vendor must provide multilingual support services and accommodations for hearing-impaired members.
