Mohave County Morgue Remodel

The County of Mohave is seeking bids from qualified respondents for a construction project to remodel an existing County building into a functional morgue. The project includes remodeling 3220 Horizon Drive in Kingman, AZ, and the contractor must complete the project within 240 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must also provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. • The project requires a lump sum bid for all other costs for construction and completion of work. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and worker's compensation. • The contractor must also provide a payment bond and performance bond. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial defects or informalities.
