New Pole Barn - Palm Bay

The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking a general contractor to construct a new pre-engineered red iron, open-sided pole barn at the Palm Bay Service Center. The estimated budget for the project is $180,000, and the work must be completed by December 31, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and constructing the pole barn, including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. • The pole barn will be approximately 40 feet by 200 feet with a 16-foot eave height. • The structure will include a standing seam galvalume roof, gutters, and downspouts. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years' relevant experience performing construction of metal structures services for commercial buildings of similar size and scope. • The contractor must possess a current and active Florida General Contractor license. • The project will require a mandatory pre-submittal meeting on June 29, 2026.
