The Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for Phase 3 of the LNA Southside Redevelopment Program at Palm Beach County Park Airport. The project calls for a roughly 2,500 sq ft expansion of the existing airfield electrical vault, interior renovation, roof replacement, and upgrades to HVAC, fire‑protection, and control systems. Additional work includes relocation of regulators, ALCMS control equipment, fiber‑optic and power communication wiring, and an optional standby emergency generator.
