The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Veterans Heath Administration (VHA) that is expiring in Fresno, California. The lease is for 99 parking spots, and the offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease term is 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years and a soft term of 5 years.
