Cost Allocation Plan

The City of San Mateo is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive Cost Allocation Plan. The plan will help the city to allocate general and administrative costs in the budget and to establish appropriate funding levels for internal service funds. The selected consultant will be responsible for meeting with city staff, conducting interviews, and developing a cost allocation model.
