Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the ODOT Vale MS Roof Replacement project. The project includes a base bid and an additive alternate bid item. The base bid involves removing and disposing of the existing roof metal, insulation, fiberglass panels, trims, gutters, and downspouts, and replacing them with insulated metal panels, associated trim, and new gutters and downspouts. The additive alternate bid item involves replacing the overhead door jamb and one piece of metal siding. The contract award will be based on the lowest responsive base bid.
• The project is expected to start upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must be substantially completed by 09/15/2026 and finally completed by 09/30/2026.
• The project is subject to prevailing wage rate requirements and the prevailing wage rates and apprenticeship rates in effect as of the date the ITB was first advertised.
• The project is anticipated to be funded with State funds, and award is dependent upon the Agency's receipt of sufficient project funding.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 18th, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Mountain time zone).
