Description
The Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for three versions of the DNR Shoreline Living booklet. The vendor will be required to print and deliver the booklets to approximately 120 locations using DTMB's FedEx account. The booklets will have different quantities, finished sizes, and page counts. The vendor must meet the in-store date of 7-1-2026 and provide a PDF proof for approval prior to production. The bid will be awarded based on best price and value to the state.
• The quantities for each version are: 9454/4875/2775 for Shoreline Living #1, 13849/7300/4300 for Shoreline Living #2, and 7920/4800/3075 for the Introductory Guide to Bioengineering Techniques.
• The finished sizes are 8.375 x 10.875 for Shoreline Living #1 and #2, and 8.0 x 10 for the Introductory Guide to Bioengineering Techniques.
• The vendor must use 80# gloss cover and text, and saddle stitch along the left side.
• The vendor must bundle the booklets in 25s and ship them directly to the specified locations using DTMB's FedEx account.
