The City of Dublin, GA is issuing an RFQ to select a single consulting firm to provide comprehensive planning and design services for the “Connect Dublin” multimodal and streetscape project. The effort covers roughly 13.5 mi of roadway, drainage upgrades, pedestrian facilities, and corridor improvements, and must comply with a $1.5 M FHWA‑funded RAISE grant.
