This solicitation seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a Multi‑Modal Connectivity Study for St. Mary’s County, Maryland. The contractor will analyze current bus stop locations, route structures, and overall multimodal access, identify underserved rider populations, and develop recommendations for adjusting stops and routes to maximize outreach and service efficiency. The effort includes data collection, stakeholder engagement, and a final report with actionable recommendations aligned with the county’s upcoming Transportation Development Plan (January 2027).
