CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE COUNTY ROAD 35 AT WILSON CREEK BRIDGE PROJECT

The County of Glenn is seeking construction engineering services for the County Road 35 at Wilson Creek Bridge Project. The project involves replacing the existing low water crossing with a multi-span continuous concrete slab bridge. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing construction engineering services, including contract management, regulatory permit compliance, site restoration, and construction engineering/management. The consultant will also be required to coordinate with the County, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project. • The project is expected to start in May 2026 and will take approximately 140 working days to complete. • The consultant will be required to provide daily field inspection documents, biological inspection documents, and other reports as specified in the RFP. • The consultant will be selected based on their technical proposal, which will be evaluated on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost. • The contract will be awarded to the top-ranked consultant, and negotiations will begin immediately after the selection. • The contract will be for a fixed fee, and the consultant will be reimbursed for actual costs incurred.
