Construction Materials Quality Testing and Subsurface Exploration Services FY2026-FY2030

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Materials Quality Testing and Subsurface Exploration Services on a rotation basis. The selected firms will be awarded Professional Service Agreements for a two-year term with a possible two-year renewal. The services will include geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for City of Laredo construction projects. The selection of the most highly qualified professionals will be based on demonstrated competence, detailed credentials, and a statement of qualifications. • The services will be awarded on a rotation basis. • The term of the agreement will be two years with a possible two-year renewal. • The services will include geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing. • The selection will be based on demonstrated competence, detailed credentials, and a statement of qualifications. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all proposals.
