Notice of Intent for ProCare Plan for Neptune 3 Rover

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit is intending to restrict competition and negotiate an award with Stryker Sales, LLC for ProCare services to maintain and repair existing Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers and a Neptune 2 docker. The projected period of performance is approximately 5 years, with a base period from 3/01/2026 to 2/28/2027 and four consecutive 12-month option periods. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. • The services required include maintenance and repair of the existing mobile medical devices. • The vendor must be able to provide original parts and components required to maintain and repair the devices. • The Government may consider responses to this notice to determine whether to compete the proposed requirement or proceed with a single-source award.
