Purchase of 60 LaserJet Devices for Puget Sound

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to purchase 60 LaserJet Enterprise M507dng devices for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price, technically acceptable contractor whose quote represents the lowest price. The contractor must provide descriptive product literature/technical information which clearly indicates the product offered meets the Government minimum requirements. Key considerations for this opportunity include providing a quote that includes all required items, such as company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and FAX number, as well as technical information and signed acknowledgements of amendments. • The contractor must provide a unit price and extended price for the CLIN. • The contractor must provide technical information that clearly indicates the product offered meets the Government minimum requirements. • The contractor must submit a signed acknowledgement of amendments, if applicable. • The contractor must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including those related to subcontracting, equal opportunity, and environmental considerations.
