Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Protective Clothing and Operational Supplies Rental Services. The services include providing protective clothing and operational supplies for the CHP Hollister-Gilroy Area office. The contract term is expected to be from January 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029. The bidder must have at least three consecutive years of experience in providing similar services and must meet other qualification requirements.
• The bidder must have a local city or county business license.
• The bidder must have experience in management and operation of a company that provides protective clothing and operational supplies services.
• The bidder must certify their willingness to comply with all terms and conditions addressed in the agreement.
• The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The bidder must supply proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E, entitled "Insurance Requirements".
The bidder must submit a complete bid package, including all required attachments and documentation, by the submission deadline. The bid package must be sealed and labeled as instructed. The bidder is responsible for all costs of developing and submitting a bid package.
