Lanmark Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) Subcontractors for DASNY – CUNY College of Staten Island Revitalization of the Center for Professional Development and Asbestos & Hazardous Materials Abatement, located at 2800 Victory Boulevard, Building 1C, Staten Island, New York 10314. All work to be performed per the PLA using union wages. The possible trades we are looking to subcontract to M/WBE & SDVOB Subcontractors include:

· Resilient Flooring, Resilient Base and Accessories, Carpeting
· Painting
· Signage, Photoluminescent Signage
· Fire Protection Specialties
· Roller Window Shades
· Fire Suppression
· Plumbing
· HVAC
· Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety & Security
