The Franklin County Municipal Court Clerk of Court is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver 20,000 secure, laser‑printed checks (10,000 criminal‑type checks in light brown and 10,000 civil‑type checks in light green) with a full suite of anti‑fraud features for use by the Accounting/Finance Division. The vendor must provide artwork, proofing, and all shipping/handling costs, and deliver the checks within two to three weeks of order confirmation to a downtown Columbus loading dock with specific truck and lift‑gate requirements.
• Quantity: 10,000 Criminal checks (Light Brown PMS 470) + 10,000 Civil checks (Light Green PMS 349)
• Security features: hologram, UV filter, chemical stain, micro‑printing, watermarks, thermochromic ink, coin‑reactive ink, etc.
• Paper: 8.5" × 11", 24‑lb security paper, multiple perforations.
• Printing: black laser‑printed, proof required and approved before production.
• Delivery: inside delivery, F.O.B. destination prepaid, 9:30 am‑2:30 pm Mon‑Fri, lift‑gate may be needed, no forklifts.
• Timeline: checks must be received 2‑3 weeks after PO; bid submission deadline 9/11/2026.
• Pricing: artwork cost, shipping, and handling must be included in the total bid.
