South Florida Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) Relocation Project

The South Florida Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) is relocating to a new office and requires the procurement, delivery, and installation of new furniture, signage, and equipment. The project includes design, procurement, delivery, and installation of a fully integrated Haworth furniture solution. The scope of work includes lounge seating, task seating, guest and conference seating, and other ancillary furnishings. The contractor will be responsible for validating and developing the required design and installation documents in coordination with the FAA. Key aspects of the project include: • Procurement and installation of Haworth furniture products • Design and installation of signage for workstations, offices, and support spaces • Delivery and installation during standard FAA business hours • Development of a detailed installation schedule in coordination with the FAA • Compliance with applicable ANSI/BIFMA performance, durability, and safety standards • Sustainability and accessibility requirements
