Description
The Jackson Public Schools district is seeking qualified specialty contractors to replace elevators (and associated electrical work) at Jackson High School and other district facilities. The project is managed by Triangle Associates, Inc. under a construction manager‑adviser agreement. Bidders must submit proposals by 2:00 pm on October 8, 2026, after attending (or reviewing materials from) a pre‑bid meeting on September 29, 2026. All work is subject to Michigan prevailing‑wage requirements, and contractors must be registered with the state labor department and provide payroll reporting via LCPtracker.
