Repair Evaluation of NNSY KITCO Fiber Optic Certifier OLTS

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to perform evaluation and repair services for KITCO Fiber Optic Certifier OLTS equipment. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the vendor will be required to perform the work within 364 days of the award date. The equipment is used to support waterfront work, and the vendor will be required to provide a cost breakdown for any repairs that exceed the existing warranty. • The vendor will be required to obtain a DBIDS card to gain access to the naval shipyard. • The vendor will be required to follow all federal and state OSHA requirements and the Norfolk Naval Shipyard OSHE Program Manual. • The vendor will be required to provide a repair estimate and await approval from the contracting officer before performing any repairs that exceed the existing warranty. • The vendor will be required to provide documentation for all work performed, including a cost breakdown and a description of the work done.
