The City of Key West’s Utility Board is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive fiber optic services and related materials. The scope includes supplying fiber optic cable, interconnecting components, accessories, and performing installation, testing, and maintenance to upgrade the city’s communications infrastructure. This effort supports modernizing network capabilities for municipal operations and public services.
• Provide all required fiber optic cable and accessories (Class 280 and related components).
• Perform installation, splicing, termination, and testing of fiber optic networks.
• Deliver ongoing maintenance and support to ensure long‑term reliability.
• Must meet applicable federal and state specifications for communications cabling.
