Southside Branch Library Reroofing Design

The Forsyth County is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional design services for the replacement roof system at the Southside Branch Library. The project includes reroofing of the library, replacing 2 original rooftop HVAC units, and installing new electrical as required. The selected firm will be responsible for developing bid documents, providing bidding assistance, performing construction administration services, and assisting with project closeout. • The firm must have a minimum of $1M Professional Liability, $1M Commercial General Liability, and $1M Business Automobile Liability insurance. • The firm must have an RCI registered roof consultant and an RCI registered roof observer on their staff, or provide for these services through a consultant. • The firm must have experience with the type of facility and type of roofing for this project. • The firm must provide a letter of interest, full history, current project list, and resumes for staff who would be assigned to the project.
