Request for Information: Enhancing Sources Sought Notices for USACE Procurement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking information from industry to help generate a standardized sources sought notice for construction projects. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather market research from industry partners. The feedback received will help USACE ensure future sources sought notices contain the necessary details for companies to make an informed response decision. • The RFI is not a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. • Responses will not be considered proposals, and no award will be made because of this request. • The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. • All costs associated with responding are solely at the interested party's expense, and all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. • The RFI includes two surveys: Sources Sought Notice - General Summary and Sources Sought Notice - Specific Project Narrative.
