Salida Police Department Remodel

The City of Salida is seeking a construction company to remodel the Salida Police Department. The project involves constructing office space, a training room, a break room, a conference room, an interview room, an evidence room, and a small lobby. The building is an 8000sqft structure located at 325 W. Hwy 50 in Salida, Colorado. The exterior needs fencing installed, a little stucco work, painting, and a little landscaping. The project is partially funded by a grant but does not have any building restrictions attached to it. • The construction company will be responsible for supplying all labor services and materials for construction as described in the contract documents. • The company will be required to provide a proposed construction schedule and description of how it was derived. • The company will be required to provide a narrative of their management approach and philosophy with respect to this type of construction project. • The company will be required to provide a written commitment to the requirements set forth in the RFP and the owner-contractor agreement.
