San Diego Unified Port District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide civil, architectural, utility and construction services for the Harbor Police Headquarters. The scope includes installing two modular building units, a security fence, restriping parking, removing portions of curb, pavement and existing fencing for fire‑access, and delivering interior office space, meeting rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, and equipment storage. The project may require temporary relocation of the facility due to site congestion. The contract is valued at approximately $1.535 million and must be completed within 243 calendar days.
