The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply D1 steel H‑pile repair plates for a five‑year period. The contract covers the fabrication and delivery of channel, flange, and pile‑bearing plates (ASTM A36 steel, raw‑steel condition) in complete collar sets, with freight included for up to four deliveries per year. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; the bid must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline, and the offer must remain open for at least 30 calendar days after opening.
• Scope: 80 channel plates, 80 flange plates, and 80 pile‑bearing plates per year (total 1,200 plates over five years) plus up to four freight deliveries annually.
