Description
The Town of Stratford is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all else necessary for a site alterations project at Eli Whitney Elementary School. The project includes select site removals, trees, fences, site lighting, site grading, asphalt paving, curbs, and sidewalks.
• The project requires specialized trade construction and maintenance services, building and facility construction and maintenance services, heavy construction services, infrastructure building and surfacing and paving services, lighting installation services, and specialty building and trades services.
• A non-mandatory site meeting will be held at Eli Whitney Elementary School, 1130 Huntington Road, Stratford, CT, at 3:30PM on Thursday, 12th March, 2026, for prospective bidders to scope the conditions.
• Bidders must submit all requests for information (RFI) in writing to the email address provided.
• Verbal communication will not be accepted.
