Apparatus Assembly Purge

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst will award a non‑competitive contract to produce two Apparatus Purge Assemblies (Part No. 50C‑0068‑2) for the French Ministry of Air Force under a Foreign Military Sales case. The assemblies are used to safely remove moisture from aircraft cryogenic liquid oxygen (LOX) life‑support systems. This is a small‑scale, highly specialized manufacturing effort that requires knowledge of aerospace‑grade equipment and compliance with FMS regulations. • Manufacture, assemble, and deliver two fully functional Apparatus Purge Assemblies. • Must meet stringent aerospace and cryogenic safety specifications. • Contract is awarded without competition under FAR 6.302‑1; only one responsible source is identified. • All interested parties may submit capability statements, but award will be made to the pre‑identified source unless a compelling justification is provided.
