Engineering and Technical Services for Sanitary Pipe and Manhole Lining

The City of Bradenton is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering and technical oversite services for multiple contractors performing sanitary lining work. The work requires project coordination and supervision to ensure the project is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and City standards. The scope of services includes project management, field services, FDEP SRF loan compliance, data management, and public outreach. • Project management tasks include contract administration, contractor management, monthly progress reports, and budget oversight. • Field services tasks include access coordination, maintenance of traffic monitoring, resolving technical issues, and tracking point repairs. • FDEP SRF loan compliance tasks include working with the City Project Manager and Capital Finance Manager on monthly invoice collection and review. • Data management tasks include coordinating with contractors to deliver pre and post videos, spreadsheets, GIS data, and asset reports. • Public outreach tasks include coordinating and participating in community and stakeholder outreach support and meetings.
