Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking a contractor to provide testing services for U.S. Navy lubrication oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, and grease applications. The contractor will be responsible for testing and analyzing new and used petrofluid and jacket water samples, storing samples, analyzing and quality assuring test results, managing data, and shipping sample bottle kits. The contractor must have a quality management system in place and adhere to various standards and regulations, including ISO 17025 and ASTM standards.
• The contractor will provide testing services for various types of petrofluids and jacket water samples.
• The contractor will store samples for a minimum of 45 days.
• The contractor will provide quality assurance and quality control for all test results.
• The contractor will manage data and provide reports to the government.
• The contractor will ship sample bottle kits to vessels and provide instructions for returning samples to the laboratory.
