Town of Hancock Culvert Prospectus Fassett Hill Rd

The Town of Hancock is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver culverts as described in the Addendum attached to this Prospectus. The project involves the replacement of culverts on Fassett Hill Road. The contractor will be responsible for supplying 508 linear feet of culvert of varying dimensions. The delivery address is the Hancock Sand Pile located at 100 VT Route 100, Hancock, Vermont, 05748. The project is expected to be completed by September 25, 2026. • The contractor must carry a General Liability Policy of no less than $1,000,000.00 with the Town of Hancock being an additional insured. • The contractor must provide proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance that meets all State and Federal Statutes. • The contractor must obtain an overweight permit for any truck or piece of equipment operating on town roads. • The contractor will be paid 30 days from delivery, final inspection, and approval given by the Road Commissioner.
