IMPROVEMENTS TO COPPERMILL RD CULVERT ALONG GOFF BROOK

The Town of Wethersfield is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for the replacement of the Coppermill Road culvert over Goff Brook (Bridge No. 159012). The scope includes field survey, culvert inspection, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, scour evaluation, development of design alternatives, preliminary engineering design, cost estimating, and a permitting assessment to support an application to the State Local Bridge Program for construction funding. • Deliverable set of preliminary engineering documents for SLBP funding application. • Required analyses: hydraulic, hydrologic, scour, and alternatives evaluation. • Produce cost estimates and permitting strategy. • Work to be performed by a qualified civil/structural engineering consulting firm. • Project location: Coppermill Road, Goff Brook, Town of Wethersfield, CT.
