Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified printer to produce 502 four‑color, double‑sided rack cards (4 × 8½ in.) for the Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge in Idaho. The contractor will receive a 96 MB InDesign package, must print, trim, package, and ship the cards to three government destinations, adhering to GPO quality level 3 and specific packaging forms. The work must be completed within a tight 13‑day window from material pickup (09 Sept 2026) to final delivery (22 Sept 2026).
• Print 502 rack cards (4‑color, matte‑coated 100 lb cover) with full bleed and trim all sides.
• Provide one set of digital or offset proofs with color‑control strips, sent to USFWS proof contact.
• Package in paper‑band units of 50, ≤ 40 lb per container, attach GPO Form 905, and ship traceably to Idaho refuge and two federal locations.
