Description
The Suwannee River Water Management District is requesting bids for the lease of six Suwannee River access sites located on five tracts of land within Suwannee and Hamilton Counties for conducting commercial vendor shuttle drop off / pick up operations for recreational paddlers. The lease agreement will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through DemandStar by December 1, 2025. The bid package must include a completed bid response form, qualifications response form, and other required documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or other proposals submitted in response to the invitation.
• The lease is for six access points located on five tracts of land within Suwannee and Hamilton Counties.
• The lease is for commercial vendor shuttle drop off / pick up operations for recreational paddling activities.
• The minimum acceptable bid is $100.00 per site, per year.
• Bids can be for one to six sites.
