Self-Serve Wash Bay Equipment - Ballas

The Missouri Department of Transportation - St. Louis District is seeking bids for the provision and installation of self-serve wash bay equipment at their Ballas Maintenance Building. The equipment should include a D&S mini stack unit, 5 HP single phase CAT 530 Pump, and other accessories. The contractor will be required to install the equipment and provide a one-year labor and parts warranty, followed by an additional two-year parts only warranty. The project must be completed by July 31st, 2026. • The equipment should be able to support low pressure presoak, degreaser, high pressure hot soap, high pressure cold rinse, clear coat protectant, and foam brush. • The contractor will be required to make the final electrical connections and install the necessary plumbing and airline connections. • The contractor will be required to provide a basic training for MoDOT employees on the installed vehicle wash system. • The contractor will be required to correct any unsatisfactory conditions that may affect the timely and proper completion of the work.
