Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, intends to negotiate a sole source contract for faxing services to support the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The contract will be awarded to TechAnax LLC, the incumbent provider of Cleo/Streem Fax Service, due to their unique capabilities and the need for continuous patient care. The services include furnishing all necessary preventive maintenance inspections, parts, labor, and transportation required to repair and maintain the Government-owned faxing system. The period of performance is from 08/31/2026 to 09/30/2026. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing faxing services to support the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, including Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations
• Maintaining and repairing the Government-owned faxing system
• Ensuring continuous patient care with no interruption of services
• Furnishing all necessary preventive maintenance inspections, parts, labor, and transportation required to repair and maintain the faxing system
