The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) is seeking to obtain the SEDOL Masterfile®—a proprietary securities identifier owned exclusively by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)—for use by the Office of Financial Research and the Financial Stability Oversight Council in their quarterly financial‑system monitoring and annual reporting obligations under the Dodd‑Frank Act. The award will be a twelve‑month base period, with the contract proceeding on a sole‑source basis unless a qualified response is received by the deadline.
