PR5-B25001 YSC-Asphalt Parking Lots ADA access

The City of Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking bids for the YSC Improvements construction project, which includes the construction of concrete and asphalt pavement, asphalt parking, and sidewalk at the Youth Sports Complex. The project has two components: the Base Bid (Northwest Entrance) and the Add Alternate (Southeast Entrance). The Base Bid includes approximately 700 SY of concrete pavement, 500 tons of asphalt pavement, and 500 LF of concrete curb and gutter. The Add Alternate includes approximately 3,000 SY of concrete pavement, 950 SY of concrete sidewalk and shared use path, 2,400 LF of concrete curb and gutter, and two raised crossings. The project requires the contractor to complete all work as specified in the contract documents, including furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment.
