Description
The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to identify capable sources for the Air Force Technical and Analytic Support in Professional Services (AFTAS PRO) contract. The contract requires advisory and assistance professional services to provide analysis, development, integration, and implementation of various acquisitions program planning and assessment, and other capabilities to advance the goals and objectives of the Air Force acquisition enterprise. The scope of work includes IT portfolio transformation, IT support team composition, artificial intelligence integration, industrial base team structure, and acquisition process modeling.
• The contract requires a team with expertise in IT portfolio transformation, artificial intelligence integration, and industrial base support.
• The team should have experience in facilitating Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and providing specialized international support.
• The contract also requires the contractor to maintain and update the Department of the Air Force Modernized Process Model (DAF MPM).
• The contractor should have experience in providing technical capability and experience in similar contracts.
