Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, non‑hazardous refuse collection, transport, and disposal services for three Arizona correctional‑facility sites: ASPC‑Safford, ASPC‑Safford/Fort Grant, and the Safford Armory (DEMA). The contractor must supply and maintain front‑end‑load containers, operate scheduled pickups (including weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly frequencies), and be available for “will‑call” special pickups. All work must comply with state security clearances, smoke‑free policies, and environmental permitting requirements. The contract is a firm‑price, 12‑month award with possible extensions up to five years.
• Provide weekly to monthly refuse collection and disposal for three correctional facilities, using contractor‑supplied containers and ADCRR‑owned compactor units.
• Deliver all‑inclusive service (labor, vehicles, fuel, landfill fees, insurance, taxes) and maintain containers (clean, lockable, replace within 24 hrs of non‑conformance).
• Meet strict security, background‑check, and EPA/State permitting requirements; submit insurance certificates and maintain required coverage.
