The State of Vermont, through its Department of Buildings & General Services, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply self‑sustaining, nutritionally complete fish feed for the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department’s hatchery operations. The contract covers multiple feed formulations for salmonids and walleye across all life‑stages, with strict ingredient specifications, quality‑assurance documentation, and delivery requirements to five state hatcheries. The award will be based on a specification check‑sheet evaluation, with a two‑year base term and optional one‑year extensions.
• Provide extruded pellet/crumble feed (0‑12 mm) meeting detailed nutritional profiles (omega‑3 > 1.5 %, specific amino‑acid and vitamin levels, low‑phosphorus options).
