Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the construction of a new campground facility at the Rosemont Reservoir Campground. The project includes the installation of a pre-manufactured concrete double vault restroom with chase, as well as other site improvements such as concrete flatwork, picnic table shelters, and access control gates. The project is estimated to cost between $800,000 and $975,000. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project.
