Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing backup generator at the Hamilton Post. The work is a turn‑key solution: remove the existing propane‑powered Kohler unit, supply and install a new 26‑28 kW natural‑gas generator with a 200 A automatic transfer switch, perform all electrical connections, testing, and site cleanup. Bidders must hold Alabama business, general‑contractor, electrical, and plumber/gas‑fitter licenses, provide three commercial references, and carry $2 M general liability and workers’ comp insurance.
