Description
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is soliciting bids for Liquid Asphalt Products for pick-up and delivery to locations throughout Northern Region Alaska on an "As Needed" basis. The contract term will be from the date of award through May 31, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The contractor shall furnish liquid asphalt for pick-up and delivery in full compliance with Sections 702-2.01 through 702-2.04 of the "Alaska Standard Specifications for Highway Construction" 2020 edition.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing liquid asphalt products that meet the specified standards and requirements
• Delivering products to various locations throughout Northern Region Alaska
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and contract terms
• Providing a firm, unqualified, and unconditional offer to meet all material terms of the ITB
• Participating in the evaluation and selection process, which may include providing supplemental information or product samples
