Collective Joint Training

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide Collective Joint Training support. The contractor will be responsible for providing operation and maintenance support, research, development, test, and evaluation support, and other related services. The contract will have a base period and multiple option periods, with a total estimated level of effort of 3,153,986 manhours. The contractor will be required to provide a description of their experience on prior contracts, as well as their approach to performing the work. The evaluation criteria will include performance approach, past performance, and cost. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing operation and maintenance support for the Joint Staff, J7, Deputy Directorate for Joint Training • Providing research, development, test, and evaluation support for the Joint Staff, J7, Deputy Directorate for Joint Training • Providing other related services, including travel and other direct costs • Meeting the estimated level of effort of 3,153,986 manhours • Providing a description of experience on prior contracts and approach to performing the work
