The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) seeks a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive restorative‑justice and restorative‑practice training for district and school staff. The effort includes Level 1 (large‑group) and Level 2 (train‑the‑trainer) sessions covering theory, facilitation of circles, restorative conferences, and follow‑up support. Training will be delivered in‑person at WCPSS locations between November 2026 and June 2027. Five Level 1 restorative‑practice cohorts (45 participants, 2 days each) and three Level 2 trainer cohorts (10 participants, 3 days each) are required, plus parallel cohorts for restorative‑justice conference training. The contract is a one‑year term with optional two‑year renewals at the same cost.
